Reservation and Cancellation Policy
For overnight stay, check-in time is from 3.00 PM, check-out time is before 10.00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability.
Guests are required to present valid photo identification upon check-in.
We receive payment by PhonePe, Google Pay, direct bank transfer and cash. Contact us for details. We do not accept credit cards.
If cancelled less than 2 days before your arrival date, advance payment will not be refunded. For cancellations between 3 and 5 days before arrival date, 50% of the advance payment will be refunded.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
Please contact us at least one day in advance to arrange pick-up and drop-off service in Jaisalmer.
